At Ozark Additive Works, We provide high-quality 3D printing and prototyping services, whether you need a single part, a functional prototype, or a batch of custom components. We offer both file printing services and custom design services, helping bring your ideas to life—whether simple or highly complex.

Commonly Used Materials

We keep PLA, PETG, and ASA in stock. These materials cover a wide range of applications, making them ideal for general-use parts, prototypes, and outdoor-ready components.

  • PLA – Affordable, easy to print, and great for general items, offers a wide variety of colors and effects.

  • PETG – Stronger than PLA, with better impact and heat resistance.

  • ASA – Durable and UV-resistant, making it an excellent choice for outdoor applications.

For most projects, one of these materials will be the best fit. If you require something more specialized, I also offer high-performance materials.

High-Strength & Engineering-Grade Materials

For demanding applications, I can print with advanced materials such as:

  • Carbon Fiber Composites: PA6-CF20, PA612-CF15, PA12-CF10, PET-CF17

  • Glass-Filled Composites: PA-GF25

  • Heat & Chemical-Resistant: PPSCF10, PETG-RCF08

These materials are ordered per project and are typically more expensive than standard options. They are best suited for high-strength, high-temperature, or chemically resistant applications. If you’re unsure which material is right for your project, I’m happy to help you choose the best option.

Pricing

  • Design Services: $40 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments as needed.

  • Printing Services: Starting at $5 per hour. Wholesale pricing is available for larger quantities and will vary depending on the project.

If you have a file ready for printing, you can send it over for a quote. If you need a custom design, I can work with you to develop a model that meets your exact specifications.
